Return policy conditions

All returned items should meet the following conditions:

• The approval period of 14 days has not yet past, after the 14 day approval period the purchase is legalized
• The item is clean, complete and undamaged
• All labels and cards are still attached to the item
• The item has not been used (the fitting of clothes is not considered as used)
• The packaging is the original, undamaged and has not been written on or otherwise changed or altered
• The digital return form is filled out via our website and a copy of the invoice has been added to the package
• Clearly state the Plutosport Servicepoint address on the shipping box
• The return box is wrapped carefully so that the items will not damage during transport
• Items are to be firmly and carefully packaged for shipping and returned undamaged. For instance, pack the original shoe box in an extra shipping box so that it will not damage during transport. If a shoe box is received by Plutosport damaged and therefore can no longer be used, we will charge €5,00.
